Earl is a Great Grey Owl. After injuring his wing in a collision with a car, he decided to pursue a career as a federally-permitted educational bird.  The job involves patience and looking majestic in front of school kids, out of state visitors and serious fans of Harry Potter. He posed for this portrait this past weekend.
