Earl is a Great Grey Owl. After injuring his wing in a collision with a car, he decided to pursue a career as a federally-permitted educational bird. The job involves patience and looking majestic in front of school kids, out of state visitors and serious fans of Harry Potter. He posed for this portrait this past weekend.
What a handsome guy. We have a couple of Great Horned that hang out in our warehouse, who would be much threatened by such a great guy as this
