WC’s Photo Show: A Virtual Tour

By popular demand, here’s a virtual tour of some of the photos at WC’s photo show: Alaska Birds: A Photographic Essay.

WC thanks Denali State Bank and especially Tanya Clayton, the Bank’s Marketing Specialist, for hosting WC and his bird photos. They were terrific.

Here’s the view when you walk in the main door:

You can see the interior is light, spacious and shows the photos to advantage. Note: WC has nothing to do with the giant marlin.

The Boreal Owl on the left side was a crowd favorite. Here’s a close up of the southwest wall:

The hovering Arctic Tern in the upper left was another crowd favorite. The American Golden Plover seemed to be popular with the photographers who showed up. Here’s a view of one of the groups of three along the west wall:

WC had a good crowd for Friday’s First Friday event. The 2013 Alaska Bird calendar sold well. No print sales so far, but there were some folks who were interested.
